That’s it for me! All GM feedback processed. Email program written, Member list report debugged and issue fixed. Waiting for 2 people to give me alternative choices and the player lists can go out.

Ambercon 2011 GM EMails went out. If you’re a GM, check it, let me know if I need to change something. Don’t take the lists as gospel and don’t contact the players on those lists yet. If you’re a GM and you didn’t get an email, let me know.

Seeing how well MS Project does for planning a rat’s nest of highly dependent tasks measured in minutes … Since some of the Excel macros are not for the faint of heart. I think angels wouldn’t only fear to tread but borrow from Alexander and take a flaming sword to my spreadsheets.
Bar two GMs giving me their game choices to play instead of their canceled games, I have a full player game schedule for Ambercon 2011. I even set it up to email GMs their player lists. Currently, 82.1% of assigned games are first choices and only 14 assigned games out of the whole con were…
