Food experiments time. Bob, the owner of the most magnificent Wurst Place provided me with a hot tea drink – based on “bulletproof coffee” – made up of green tea, unsalted butter (Kerrigold!) and coconut oil. It is strangely attractive. Oh, Bob says using salted butter is Not Good.
