Eggs Benedict (with scratch made muffins, Black Forest ham instead of Canadian, and my never-fail, one minute, won’t separate for thirty minutes, Hollandaise sauce), and Black Forest ham fried in sambal (an Indonesian raw chili peppers paste), finished in a cognac cream sauce.
For breakfast, we are making Eggs Benedict, including home made English muffins! And on the side Dutch pannekoeken (sort of like crepes bug bigger), with fried bacon and banana baked into them. Cooking together’s awesome fun! Life Is Good
I am home. Wife and Doberpersons are much pleased.
Dinner in Cape Town, at the awesome Den Anker. Beef fat (roasted marrow bones) and raw meat (steak tartare), with an awesome Belgian Maredsous Brune (a hazy reddish brown dubbed brewmaster by the Duvel brewery).
