Garlic shrimp on cheesy grits with Hollandaise sauce on steamed asparagus. Rendered bacon bits, fried shrimp in the bacon grease, took it out, fried some minced shallot, garlic, put the shrimp back in, added lemon juice, and finished with some parsley.

Rosemary garlic no-knead bread. With butter it was great, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and some coarse sea salt sprinkled on it and a bit of fresh ground Tellicherry black pepper it was heavenly.
