Turkey in the smoker, Brussel Sprouts tossed with olive oil, koshering salt and freshly ground pepper in the oven, served with bacon bits (Black Forest pepper bacon), and wild rice in the steam oven, served with chopped cranberries and chopped hazelnuts.
