Alright, turns out we had dance lesson tonight, which went off the table when I toasted last night and the day with my neck fucked up until I could get a 6pm massage with my awesome massage therapist Leslie.

So, the Coq au Riesling will be on tomorrow.

Today, something quick(er) and easy (easier): sous-vide cooked chicken breasts, quickly seared for some of that Maillard reaction, with Roulades d’Endives au Jambon Gratinées (Belgian Endive, rolled in ham, covered in grated cheese), and a risotto (with white wine, garlic, shallots, and Parmesan).
