Brunch.

The quote “Is it too early for flapjacks?” led to sourdough discard and ricotta pancakes (Irene), fried up bacon (my own, dry cured, hot smoked, Colin fried it up), and I made French omelette a (3 eggs, salt, white pepper, Cointreau, chives) to show Dave Argent how to make French omelette.

Served with excellent coffee and Mimosas.
