Crême Brûlée, my own simplified approach

Crême Brûlée, my own simplified approach: whip up egg yolks, and sugar, bring cream and vanilla extract to a boil, and stir slowly into the egg yolk and sugar mixture. Put in the ramekins in a water bath, bake 40, 45 minutes at 325F. Put them in the fridge for 2 hours, sprinkle sugar over it and torch, then serve.
