Dinner is out of my experimental cooking.

Technically I guess you could call it spinach salad … Slow sauteed thickk-cut bacon (to render out the fat), add mushrooms, fry them in the bacon grease with the bacon, add some shallots and garlic, then add some spinach to sauté and reduce it, with some balsamic vinegar. Serve with some (sous-vide) poached eggs over toast.
