Dinner tonight was pierogies. My first. Filling was cabbage, onion, and beef (with some sambal oelek: raw ground up bird’s eye peppers), all sauteed separately, then brought together, and mixed with cream cheese. A pierogie dough with egg and sour cream. I simply boiled them. I intended to sautee the leftovers. There were none. They were very, very, very nice!
