For those of you with an interest in sous-vide cooking, Anova is bringing out a new model, even neater and cheaper than the old one. They now have Bluetooth and open source software on smartphones to inform you and let you control it and it lists at $169. There is a Kickstarter that lets you buy it for as little as $135 (the $99 and $129 models are gone), for delivery in October 2014. Highly recommended.
