I’m good now.

The dish I made turned out as something between Pad Thai and Singapore Noodles, with different noodles than either. And instead of bean sprouts I had broccoli sprouts. Interesting. Very good. I liked the tanginess to it because of the lime juice. I perhaps ought to write down what I did in case someone wants me to make it again.
