No-knead sourdough. Great taste…

No-knead sourdough.

Great taste, great crust, nice enough crumb, but bit denser and flatter than I’d like.

The sourdough caused more hydration than the 50% of water it’s made out of, causing the dough to be wetter.

I think I need to start the rise closer to the extra mid-point feeding of the starter.

I possibly may want to add flour in two batches.
