Rare pork tenderloin with sauteed mushrooms

Rare pork tenderloin with sauteed mushrooms. Pork cooked sous vide for 3 hours at 130F, finished with a torch. In the back the potatoes fried in duck fat and parsley and garlic stirred in. For the vegetable course we had a freshly made cream of roasted cauliflower soup.
