Sunday we had Italian from our local restaurant

Sunday we had Italian from our local restaurant. Thursday we’ll support our local Japanese/French fusion restaurant. They let us know they had fresh local morels and cherries. So, dinner on Thursday will be:

First Course: Arugula and Mint Salad with radish, cucumbers, & lime vinaigrette.

Second Course: Citrus Soy Chicken Thighs with grilled onions, light mascarpone cream, local morel mushrooms, & rice.

Third Course: Rare Tofu Cheesecake with local bing cherry sauce.

Washed down with a 2018 Domaine Roy Petit Chablis, a lovely French white Burgundy.
