Thick-cut bacon, oven baked, French Toast made from the freshly baked challah and incorporating rum, star anise, vanilla, orange extract, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk and more, topped with yoghurt whipped with salt, sugar, and orange extract.

Some nice OJ, while milk, and coffee.

Oh, and the leftover French toast batter fried into a crepe, rolled, and served in the side.
