The baconiest burger (burger of pork butt and bacon, pan fried in bacon fat, served on a bun baked with lard and bacon grease, studded with fried bacon bits), with a fried bacon weave, and mayonnaise made with bacon grease).
Bacon fried potatoes (potatoes fried in bacon grease, with lardons, cheese, and spring onions).
Bacon fried Brussel sprouts (halved Brussel sprouts pan seared in bacon grease, with bacon bits).
