Tonight’s dinner was actually planned for lunch…

Tonight’s dinner was actually planned for lunch, but we got busy and I didn’t feel like spending a lot of time on making dinner.

A classic French omelette, pale gold, almond shaped, and the inside still softly flowing. Served with toast made from a country loaf with whole cloves of garlic, buttered when hot with Kerrygold butter, and last nights leftover: chicken breast, cut up finely, and creamed leeks with fried bacon bits, mixed with some finely grated four cheeses, some onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper and fried up in butter.

Et voilà!
