I’m thinking Armagnac-butter injected, honey/herbs/garlic/mustard glazed, four pepper smoked chateaubriand (beef tenderloin). Served with roasted cauliflower with a roasted pinenut/raisins/capers/extra-virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar dressing, and a red fingerling potato salad with dill cream dressing.
